Picked up a Pentel pocket brush pen recently and have been having fun inking my daily Kid Hercules drawings with it. Still pretty far behind on my postings, but the challenge goes on! Who knows? Maybe I'll get caught up at some point...

Week 15: My 100th Daily Drawing!

This weeks marks another mini-milestone: The completion of my 100th daily drawing! It's based on the cover art for The Amazing Spider-Man #55 by the legendary "Jazzy" John Romita.

Week 14: Book 2

So here we are over a week into the second sketchbook of my 365 challenge. I've gone over to using Moleskine, which gives the paper it's beige tint. It also means that I've had to switch to using a nib-pen and india ink. I experimented with other pens and even a couple of different brushes, but it looks like I'll be using the nib-pen for now. 

Week 13: First Sketchbook Filled!

This weeks marks the completion of my first full sketchbook of daily Kid Hercules drawings. The last two above images are from the next sketchbook, a Moleskine, so there will be slight difference in dimension and color tone. Below you can see the first sketchbook.
